This location struggles with scheduling. Check in online literally means nothing to them. I have had numerous bad experiences with checking online, arriving at the recommended time, and the stylist will take numerous walk-in before you. I won?t be back.

I know this review will come back to haunt me by making the wait time for Sherry even longer than it already is, but damn... she gives a great haircut! I do not recommend the VIP though, her hands immediately put me to sleep and I miss out on the whole thing! ? Thanks again, Sherry! You are awesome!

Fantastic customer service and great atmosphere would highly recommend this place and the store manager has a great and positive attitude
